A tri-hues female tundra wolf padded through the mist shrouded plains. Her keen, bright gold eyes piercing through the vision impaired landscape. Her stride was long and well defined, showing she had a definate destination and knew what she was doing. The full moon shone down onto the grass whic dancaed and waved gently in the faint wind. The wolf continued on pressing forward. Pressing herself on over the crest of a hill before beginning to decend down the other side. She looked forward through the mist towards a large grey shape in the middle of the plains at the bottom of the hill. Her eyes narrowed slightly, she was infact banned from coming to this place, alpha's orders. Too long had she spent trying to decipher the ruins, almost loosing herself while doing so She just hoped that she wouldn't get caught this time, otherwise there would be hell to pay. She bounded through the overgrown grass towards the ruins. Hoping that tonight there would be a breakthrough and she would learn something over her past. She felt she was so close to unravelling the mystery that haunted her very existence.

A blue-grey she-wolf padded quietly over to a frond of ferns and settled herself down in the damp plants. She watched the tundra wolf from a distance, studying her every move. She couldn't believe the wolf had come here again, even after she had been banned. The blue wolf crossed her paws and settled her head on them, watching intently, careful not to make a noise...

The wolf begun to circle the ruins, studying the ancient text that was etched into the stone. They looked exactly the same and nothing more stood out to her than the night before. It was a slight dissapointment, she had hoped that tonite the gaps would be filled in and she would understand more. But, nothing. She turned around and looked around her, making sure that none of the pack members were lingering around. She looked up at a large rune in the center of the others. Standing up on her hind legs she propped up her paws against the surface of the stone and tried to interpret the runes. It was extreemly hard as the text had been worn and faded by the weather.
